How do I
place an order?
Most of our products can be ordered from our web site. Due to family life and full time jobs, we fill orders as soon as we are able, by only listing what we have available in-stock right now. As such, our web site reflects our current inventory. Unless otherwise indicated, orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Payment is by credit card (we process them using Square) or by PayPal only. We gladly accept cash at our in-person events!
We do our best to ship out packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but due to busy home life, sometimes it may ship on a different day. Feel free to contact us if you need your order by a specific date and we will get it to you in time!

All of our ordering options are secure! We use Square to process our credit card transactions for us, and PayPal for anyone wanting to use that option to pay.
Cash is an option at conventions and local events. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
Due to health and sanitary reasons, a majority of our products cannot be returned. Packages must be sent RETURN TO SENDER and fully intact, unopened, and undamaged before any refunds can be processed. Any and all returns and refunds must be pre-approved. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
